Viva Farms is adding a barn to its AgPark property along Highway 20 west of Burlington in order to better serve its farmers.

The property once included a small open-air wash/pack shed and dilapidated barn, and despite that limited infrastructure the farmers increased value of what they produced from about $400,000 in 2017 to about $2 million in 2023.
