MOUNT VERNON — Skagit Valley College employees have hosted a Giving Tree for 26 years, providing about 3,200 gifts to children and families in the community.

According to a news release, the program mainly supports families enrolled in the college’s Head Start centers, including the Child and Family Learning Center, the Sue Krienen Early Learning and Childcare Center, Jefferson Elementary School, Washington Elementary School, Burlington Early Learning Center, West View School, and Sedro-Woolley.
