SEDRO-WOOLLEY — The Sedro-Woolley City Council held a public hearing Wednesday on an ordinance that put in place a moratorium on the processing of permit applications for projects involving the storage or generation of electricity.

The moratorium, which the council put in place Oct. 9, is in place for six months, but can be extended.
